Lead filtering
Describe the leads you want in plain terms. Filters are evaluated in a fixed priority order so results are predictable.
Include keywords
Any of your product phrases qualifies a lead, e.g. “cnc lathe machine” or “vmc machine”.
Exclude keywords
Words like repair, job or used reject a lead, even if it also matches your products.
Matching options
Whole word (default, tolerates plurals), contains, exact and starts-with matching; case-insensitive by default.
Locations and categories
Require one of your service areas or IndiaMART categories.
Budget and quantity
Optional ranges, with Indian formats understood (₹50,000 – 1 Lakh, 2.5 Lakh, 1 Cr).
Advanced rules
Combine conditions with AND, OR and NOT and target specific fields: title, description, location, category, budget, quantity.

Test Mode
Profiles in Test Mode evaluate real leads in your seller panel and record “would purchase” without acting.

Safety controls

Daily and hourly limits
Per profile and per account, enforced on the server across all your browsers.
Cooldown
Optional minimum time between actions for a profile.
Duplicate protection
A lead is acted on at most once, checked in the browser and guaranteed by the server.
Circuit breaker
After 5 consecutive failed or unverified actions, automation pauses until you re-enable it.
Emergency stop
One button stops automation immediately and cancels pending actions.
No blind retries
If a result cannot be confirmed it is marked unknown, never repeated, and automation waits for you.
Monitoring and teamwork
Know what happened and why, and give your team the right level of access.
Dashboard statistics
Leads detected, matched, rejected and duplicates; actions executed, successful and failed; automation uptime.
Activity log

Device management
